I’m working on a microbiology report and need a sample draft to help me study.I

I’m working on a microbiology report and need a sample draft to help me study.I need some help writing my report for my microbio class. We were given a patient in which I talk about in the intro section and we had to find out what bacteria is causing the situation the patient is having. I know that the patient has a UTI, we had to request cultures and tests in which we would get back image results and we would move on to the next step. I believe this patient either has escherichia coli or s saprophyticus. Please do the report with the following: Intro paragraph, add a results table (I put the images of the results I have recieved so far I will update as we go), Identification paragraph, Conclusion paragraph, Citation list (feel free to search about more testing or anything add to this reference list, at least 3!). Introduction: (approximately 300-500 words)In the introduction section you would include patient information and unknown number, general information about the identification process and background information about the general type of disease (urinary tract infections, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal infections, etc). (Don’t forget the in-text citations where needed!)Patient information: #259: Monica is a 32 year old teacher that has a 3 day history of painful urination and fever. She also reports seeing blood in her urine and that she constantly feels the need to urinate although little comes out. I assume it is a UTI. The sample I want to take is a urine culture because that is what they use to check for the infection. The existence of bacteria and white blood cells are examined. Results Table:This table should include ALL staining and biochemical test results you requested (even tests that you requested but weren’t that helpful in the identification process.) You do not need to explain the test or result, just a table showing the test results (e.g. + or – ). Some students like to include pictures, but this is completely optional.Tests I requested: Urine culture, Gram stain, SIM test, Maltose test.. These are the pictures from the tests, I will upload more when I receive more results, I attached two flow charts for why I’m doing these tests which leads to weather its one or the other bacteria.Urine Culture test: Gram stain testIdentification: (approximately 600-1,200 words)Walk through your analysis during the identification process. Include staining, biochemical test results, research that you did, etc. This is where you include any difficulties in your analysis along with your justification for your identification. This section is where I see the reasoning and critical thinking you used in the identification process. (Include in-text citations where needed!)Conclusions: (approximately 300-500 words)In this section you will identify your unknown bacterial pathogen (written in correct binomial nomenclature) and give your final conclusions. You will also include a treatment plan for your patient and the prognosis. This is the place to wrap up the report with any final insights. (Include in-text citations where needed!)I believe it is S.Saprophyticus or Escherichia coli, please give treatment plan for UTI.Citation ListPlease use MLA or APA style for both the in-text citations and the citation list. You should include at least 3 references.Formatting & Pointers-12 pt font of your choosing (something easy to read!) and 1.5 line spacing.THIS WILL BE CHECKED WITH TURNITIN!

I’m working on a microbiology discussion question and need a sample draft to hel

I’m working on a microbiology discussion question and need a sample draft to help me study.Compare and contrast the cell walls of Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic cells. In your answer, be sure to discuss the difference in Gram positive and Gram negative cell walls. Also, be sure to differentiate the multiple types of cell walls that may be found in the Eukaryotic kingdoms. At least 250 words long please. Requirements: At least 250 words   |   .doc file

I’m working on a microbiology discussion question and need an explanation to hel

I’m working on a microbiology discussion question and need an explanation to help me learn.Louis Pasteur’s experiment that refuted spontaneous generation and Robert Koch’s development of Koch’s postulates were both critical advances in the field of microbiology. Pick one and argue its importance over the other. Be sure to address these two points in your argument: 1.) How did the scientist’s work contribute to our current understanding of microbiology and disease? 2.) What specific modern medical practices are directly related to this scientist’s work?
Requirements: at least 250 word

I’m working on a Microbiology exercise and need support.Part 1 Genetic information has become part of our culture and it is difficult to tell the difference between unmodified and genetically modified food sources such as plant and animals. After reading this module’s material regarding vectors in biotechnology, consider the potential for nanotechnology and scientific advancement. Research nanotechnology and its potential use in biotechnology. In one or two paragraphs, explain the potential advantages and disadvantages of nanotechnology in health care, agriculture, or industry and discuss whether you would or would not support further research. Part 2 HIV predominantly infects T-helper cells, cells that are responsible for coordinating B- and T-cell activity. Based on this information, explain why HIV-infected individuals are at a very high risk for developing microbial infections. List the causative agent (virus) and discuss its properties. Name and briefly discuss 3 diseases that AIDS patients are more likely to contract. (Terminology to use: opportunistic pathogens, T and B cell purposes, CD4 cells, retrovirus, reverse transcription) b. Now that we have studied the various types of vaccines, consider the current resurgence of diseases like the measles. How can we convince the general public and possibly even ourselves, that immunization is a necessary preventative measure for diseases that have serious complications? Is there a different schedule that we should consider? Are some forms of vaccines safer than others? Should we spread out the inoculation schedule to prevent confusion of a young person? (Include terms such as live attenuated, killed or inactive, subunit, toxoid, conjugate, complications of measles, risks to others if uninoculated, risks to individuals that do get inoculated). You are encouraged to use your text and outside sources to develop your informed answer. Use facts and concepts. c. Construct a paragraph or two describing the interrelationship among a bacterial pathogen, the affected host, and potential antimicrobial drugs in the development of an appropriate antimicrobial treatment. Pick a pathogen, suggest tests that should be performed on that pathogen to determine the specific drugs and give reasons why they would be appropriate. (Terminology to incorporate: narrow-spectrum, broad-spectrum, MIC, Kirby-Bauer, therapeutic index, selective toxicity, drug mechanism) d. Conduct additional research on the use of triclosan and other chemical agents in antimicrobial products today. Develop an opinion on whether this process should continue, providing evidence to support your stance. Requirements: follow instruction
